Refund Policy

At NailBar by MIRAKO, our goal is to provide every client with exceptional service and results. Please review our refund policy before booking.

 

1. Services

  • All services are non-refundable once completed.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your service, please inform us before leaving the salon so we can make adjustments.

  • Minor repairs (such as chipped polish or broken nails) within 3 days of service may be corrected at no additional charge, at the salon’s discretion.

 

2. Products

  • Unopened and unused retail products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

  • Opened, used, or damaged products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for health and safety reasons.

 

3. Gift Cards

  • All gift card sales are final.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

4. Deposits

  • Deposits made for appointments are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled service if at least 24 hours’ notice is given.

 

5. Special Circumstances

  • Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where NailBar by MIRAKO is unable to provide the agreed service.
