Refund Policy
At NailBar by MIRAKO, our goal is to provide every client with exceptional service and results. Please review our refund policy before booking.
1. Services

All services are non-refundable once completed.

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please inform us before leaving the salon so we can make adjustments.

Minor repairs (such as chipped polish or broken nails) within 3 days of service may be corrected at no additional charge, at the salon’s discretion.
2. Products

Unopened and unused retail products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Opened, used, or damaged products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for health and safety reasons.
3. Gift Cards

All gift card sales are final.

Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Deposits

Deposits made for appointments are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled service if at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
5. Special Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where NailBar by MIRAKO is unable to provide the agreed service.
