Welcome to NailBar by MIRAKO. By booking or receiving services with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

​

  • We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A cancellation fee may apply for missed or late notice appointments.

 

2. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

  • All services and products are non-refundable once rendered or purchased.

 

3. Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or recent treatments prior to services.

  • NailBar by MIRAKO reserves the right to decline or modify services if they pose a risk to the client’s health or safety.

  • Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

 

4. Service Results

  • Results may vary depending on individual nail condition, lifestyle, and aftercare.

  • NailBar by MIRAKO is not responsible for issues arising from lack of proper home care or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

 

5. Personal Belongings

  • Clients are responsible for their personal items. NailBar by MIRAKO is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

 

6. Liability

  • Services are provided for cosmetic purposes only and are not a substitute for medical care.

  • NailBar by MIRAKO is not liable for allergic reactions, injuries, or conditions resulting from services or products.

 

7. Conduct

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who demonstrates inappropriate behavior, is under the influence, or poses a safety risk.

 

8. Policy Updates
